Richard Eichenberg, CPC

Richard founded The Peak Organization, Inc., in 1970 after serving for three years as a petty officer in the U.S. Navy. Richard has served on the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President of the Association of Personnel Consultants of New York (APCNY). He was also Chairman of the New York Employment Council and is a charter member of the Certified Personnel Consultants Society. In addition, Richard has been a featured speaker at the Institute of Internal Auditors Association and other industry trade groups where he has spoken on a variety of human resources and staffing issues.

Over the past fifteen years, Phil has successfully transitioned Peak Systems from an IT staffing organization to a full life-cycle IT services organization servicing leading companies in financial, technology, and publishing industries across North America. Phil is committed to improving client services and delivering value on every project. Phil has a BA in Business Management from Northeastern University.

Bill Landau

Bill has worked as a paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Salomon Smith Barney before entering the legal search field in 1982. His firm earned the highest rating in the prestigious American Lawyer’s index of top legal search firms prior to merging with The Peak Organization. The Peak Legal Services group was founded in 1992. Bill’s practice encompasses the placement of corporate attorneys in both law firms and corporations with particular emphasis in the financial services industry.

Craig’s group is recognized as one of the oldest practices to specialize exclusively in providing permanent and temporary staffing solutions for all levels of financial, operational and IT audit professionals in the New York metropolitan area. Craig’s team services a client base that encompasses a wide range of industries and locations, both domestically and internationally. Craig joined Peak in 1997, as a member of The Peak Accounting Group, where he focused on the placement of accounting and finance professionals in the tri-state area. Prior to joining Peak, Craig worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for a large marketing group with assisting non-profit organizations. He graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History.

Prior to founding Peak AdComm, Maria was Managing Director at Paladin Staffing where she managed the NYC office placing consultants in advertising, creative and communications positions. Maria has over twenty years’ experience in marketing and advertising. Her career includes roles as: Marketing Director of a division of McGraw Hill; Regional Marketing Director of a division of Mediplex, Inc; and EVP of a NYC ad agency. Maria received her MBA from Pace University and her undergraduate degree from Marymount Manhattan College.

Peak Banking provides executive search advisory to a select group of international private banks. Because of this narrow focus and significant expertise, we have developed, over many years, deep and longstanding relationships with senior management at virtually every International Private Bank. Prior to establishing this practice, Robert spent twenty-five years on Wall Street as an institutional stock broker.
