Richard founded The Peak Organization, Inc., in 1970 after serving for three years as a petty officer in the U.S. Navy. Richard has served on the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President of the Association of Personnel Consultants of New York (APCNY). He was also Chairman of the New York Employment Council and is a charter member of the Certified Personnel Consultants Society. In addition, Richard has been a featured speaker at the Institute of Internal Auditors Association and other industry trade groups where he has spoken on a variety of human resources and staffing issues.

Richard’s specialty is in the identification, placement and acquisition of Public Accounting Partners, practice areas and groups.

Phil Greenberg

As President and founder of Peak Systems, Inc., Phil is responsible for the overall success, global positioning and strategic directives of the company. Over the past fifteen years, Phil has successfully transitioned Peak Systems from an IT staffing organization to a full life-cycle IT services organization servicing leading companies in financial, technology, and publishing industries across North America. Phil is committed to improving client services and delivering value on every project. Phil has a BA in Business Management from Northeastern University.

Julie joined Peak Systems, Inc., in 1998 after attending Texas A&M University. Julie has been highlighted in VARBusiness magazine and co-hosted CRN’s Talent Search radio program. Julie’s role includes enhancing the delivery capabilities and customer experience with a mix of time tested, cutting edge methodologies and related tool-sets. Julie’s experience and success managing large-scale programs brings significant value and expertise to the team.

Craig Munch

Craig’s group is recognized as one of the oldest practices to specialize exclusively in providing permanent and temporary staffing solutions for all levels of financial, operational and IT audit professionals in the New York metropolitan area. Craig’s team services a client base that encompasses a wide range of industries and locations, both domestically and internationally. Craig joined Peak in 1997, as a member of The Peak Accounting Group, where he focused on the placement of accounting and finance professionals in the tri-state area. Prior to joining Peak, Craig worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for a large marketing group with assisting non-profit organizations. He graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History.

Sam and his group of staffing associates are responsible for recruiting and staffing all types and levels of Financial Professionals for a diverse client base in the New York Metro area. The Peak Accounting Group has been very successful in staffing Internal Audit departments as well as corporate Accounting and Finance groups for many well-known Fortune companies. In addition, his group provides staffing services for consulting projects with several prestigious Financial Services Corporations.
